Learn how to make these classic French pastries with Kate Ngo, an experienced baker from Labour of Love.
In this workshop you will learn how to bake, fill and decorate these amazing French treats. Suitable for beginners and experienced bakers alike. You will practice different piping techniques for choux and eclairs; learn 2 different filing recipesfor vanilla custard and chocolate custard and sample what you have created during the class!
